There is an intercom for the service located within the Church Street entrance foyer. Should you need assistance a chair or a scooter could be brought to you.

Luton Shopmobility is able to offer, thanks to it's Volunteer helpers, a wheelchair escort service for disabled people and people with sight impediments who have no other means of accessing the town centre and it's amenities. 

These services do need to be booked 2 - 3 days in advance. Our volunteer helpers will normally assist up to 3 hours.
